Manage the waitlist

Step by step

   Open Waitlist

   Go to Bookings, then open the Waitlist tab.

   Create waitlist entry

   Choose Create waitlist entry, fill the dialog, and confirm with Create entry.

   Find requests

   Filter with Waiting, Notified, Booked, Cooldown, or All. Use Search customer, service, date, status… to locate a row.

   Notify or adjust priority

   On a Waiting row, choose Notify to open Send claim-link offer, then Send offer when ready. Use Override priority or Clear override when you need to reorder. Other row actions include Cancel, Cooldown, Reactivate, and Remove.
