Open Direct booking
Use your Direct booking link (or Book appointment from the public salon page). The book URL uses your salon slug — language is chosen in the page, not in the URL.
Choose service
The customer picks an Active service from your menu. Only services staff can perform and that have open hours appear with times.
Pick date, time, and staff
Available slots respect opening hours, assigned staff, and each service’s prep/cleanup spacing. The customer selects a time (and staff when more than one option exists).
Confirm booking / Confirm request
They enter contact details and confirm. Public booking uses Pay in salon — there is no card checkout on this flow. The visit then appears on your Calendar.
