Fix staff missing setup

Staff shows when someone is not ready to take bookings. This guide is diagnosis and handoff — not the full Assign services walkthrough.

Step by step

Check Missing setup
On Staff, look at the Missing setup stat and row badges such as Missing services or Missing shifts.
Read bookability
Rows may show Can be booked or Not bookable. Missing services means they are not linked to services yet.
Missing shifts
If your plan includes Shifts, Missing shifts points you to Shifts & opening hours (/shifts) — do not expect a full shift editor documented here. If Shifts is unavailable on your plan, the product will not offer that setup; upgrade or ignore the shifts signal.
Continue to Assign services
Finish service links with Assign services (or Edit → Services). Follow Assign services to staff in Getting started for the matrix — this guide stops at diagnosis.
