Open Users & Access
Go to Users & Access to see each member’s login role.
Know inviteable roles
Owners can invite manager, staff, receptionist, accountant, and read_only. Managers can invite staff only.
Owner Manage
Only owners see Manage on members to change role, suspend, or remove access.
Do not confuse Staff Role
Employees → Role (optional) is not login ACL. Read Understand the staff Role field under Staff if that field confused someone.
